    45 minutes RPM / Spinning class

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Hey!

      I can't believe my eyes!!!!!

      I am gone for a couple of days and everyone here goes BERSERK!

      - iyshief - is disappearing right before my eyes (Holly Hannah girl! your doing it!!!! :joy );

      - Barbde - is in pain and gripping her bed for fear of spinning off the earth (hope whatever has got a hold of you LETS GO! :yikes

      - Sarah - is obviously going to declarer bankruptcy due to the need to replace her entire wardrobe! (Should you need to :guns your bank manager just give me a call!!! Tee Hee!)

      - Roserae - has got the "summer time blues" :no "....Hey Girlfriend, take a day for yourself only and totally spoil yourself...you have been working so very hard for a long time, you need a "be kind and love myself" day :nod

      - Skyye - has got the "if I see one more unpacked box I shall scream" post moving day syndrome. Recommended cure.....say to yourself three times.....tomorrow is another day, I don't have to do it all in one day....after all, even God took 6 days!!!!!!!! :yes

      Then there are the rest of us - noses to the grind stone and plugging away.......not to despair......our day is just around the corner.

      Which brings me to my catch up........we had house guests from western Canada so I was not able to steal any time on the computer, but did slip out in the early mornings and did my runs.

      Mon - Rest Day

      Tue. - 9.5 K run

      Wed. - 5.5 K run

      Thurs. - 9.5 K run

      Today - Rest Day.

      Catch you all tomorrow.

        60 minute walk

        45 minutes "playing basketball" (shooting and running after the ball) with my almost 8 year old son

                          Slug? Are you sureyou want it? I already have 4 smileys for ya for the week and the chart shows you only committed to 3/7....

                          Oh and I did walk through the mall for about 30 mins while waiting for the movie (saw Batman Begins.. was actually pretty good) to start. Not much but better than absolutely nothing.
