  • 6 WEC #18, Week 6, Day 1, Sunday, June 26

    Hey!

Intended to do my long run (9.5K) today, but got up late and Holly Hannah!!!! was it ever soooooooo hotttttttttt and humid :yikes !

Not a very inspiring start to the last week of the Challenge……cut back early with only a 7.5 K run the net result .

That does it, no more sleeping in, gotta :whip my carcass out of bed nice and early before the heat of the day sets in.

    Ta, see you all tomorrow.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
