  • Sign up for 6 Week Exercise Challenge #19 here

    6WEC#19 Will run from July 3rd to August 13th.

    Here is a link to the chart where I try to keep everyone up-to-date:

    Here is a link that sort of explains how the challenge works:

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    I'm going to pledge 4 days a week of exercise this time around. (I do plan to try and do more if I feel up to it though.)

    I won't be keeping up with measurements since i'm pregnant.

    Here's a list of the measure to keep track of for the challenge anyways though:
    * Around your chest under your arms
    * Fullest part of chest/bust
    * Ribcage
    * Waist
    * Hips
    * Upper Arms (each bicep)
    * Thighs (each thigh)
    * Weight

    Again, as the rules page says, you do not have to post your measurements here if you aren't comfortable with that. But.. please be sure to write them down somewhere so that you will be able to see those great results from all your hard work.
    31yr / 5'6" / F

    I want to sign up! :wave I have been pretty consistent with my exercise, but I'm hoping this will give me an extra motivation. I pledge to exercise 5 days a week. I just took measurements last night, so I am all set! (I don't have those here with me at the moment).

        Count me in!

        What a great source of motivatation!! I'm starting Induction (again!) on July 1st. This will be a great way to get my butt out the door.

        I pledge 5 days a week, at least. Today, I'm going to find a 5K route in my neighbourhood & try to walk it at least 5 times a week. And if I can't get outside, I have some DVD's for the rainy days.

        Looking forward to the 3rd! I have it on my calendar already!!

        /KIM

        Keep Smiling!

          I won't be able to join this one. I'm having surgery on my foot on July 8th (next Friday) and I won't be able to do much for several weeks.

          But........... the next one! :ThumbsUp

                          Sign me up! I NEED the accountability. I've been saying I'm going to ride my bike to work for the last..... MONTH! I set my alarm and everything and then in the morning find any excuse why I can't or don't need to do it and go back to bed. LAME! Sign me up for 4 days a week. And I don't even want to count it if I don't do it before breakfast. It's the getting-up-early part that I need to work on. Outta' town the 3rd. I'll check in the 4th with measurements.

                            I've never done one of these challenges before so sign me up! When I saw that pic of mattkins it got the heart racing...hee hee hee...sorry mattkins but you deserve some praise for all your obvious hard work.

                            Put me in for 4 days a week. I've got some tae bo tapes, a paula abdul dance dvd and a great neighborhood to take walks. Time to start taking advantage of all those things!

                              Wow, Mattkins, I don't know you from Adam but I just saw your post. It's amazing how a 21 pound loss can change the body! Any updated progress photos?

                              I visited your website, by the way, don't you get enough exercise? You look like a very busy man! I'm using your site as inspiration, eventually I want to buy a pair of those "Love My ***" shorts from your site. Give it 6 months......we'll see!
