Carolyn: Each day there will be a thread started with that day's date in this Exercise Challenge forum. For example yesterday's was titled 6WEC #19, Week 1, Day 4, Wed. July 6th. You can go back and post on each day's thread or just post all of you're catch-ups on the most current thread (just make sure you label each day so I know for sure what days you're talking about).

I am new to this forum (this is only my second post). Please let me join the challenge. I know I am a few days late. Sign me up for 7 days a week. That's what it takes to loose weight and build muscles so your skin doesn't sag when the weight comes off.

I did measurements this morning but they were the mybodycomp ones, so I"ll have to do them again since i only have bust, waist, hips, one arm and one thigh from the list here...

You take your measurements at the beginning of the challenge and then again at the end so you can compare and see those great losses. Most people just post their measurements in the sign up thread but you don't have to post them if you aren't comfortable with it. Just make sure to write them down somewhere so you have them to compare once the challenge is over.
