      Hey!

Great morning for running....it was actually "cool", 70 degrees and very over cast with a humidity of 99%. Ran the first 1/2 of the 9.5K real easy. The second half was brutal. I simply ran out of my "get up and go"!

I have to confess that I did not run the entire 9.5....I ran into a "dog" problem and flagged down a motorist (real nice little girl). She took me down the road about two city blocks to get away from the dog that would not stop barking and following me. The truth is that large barking dogs really scare me. I cannot tell if the bark is friendly or warning me of an impending attack! :yikes

I used to be a real dog fancier, I'm beginning to really dislike the brutes!

Anybody out there care to share some tips on how to deal with large barking dogs that are following you.....other than packing heat :guns

      Ta, till tomorrow.
