              Oops! I forgot the challenge started on July 3rd! Anyways, I commit to 3 days a week at the gym or with my WATP at home. I will do my measurements since this is my first post!

              My measurements :

              * Around your chest under your arms 54 inches
              * Fullest part of chest/bust 57 1/2 inches
              * Ribcage ?
              * Waist 59 inches
              * Hips 55 1/2 inches
              * Upper Arms (each bicep) R: 15 3/4 inches L: 17 inches
              * Thighs (each thigh) L: 29 1/2 inches R: 30 1/4 inches
              * Weight 328 lbs

              Man, do I see that I need this challenge! Anyway, as embarrassing as it was, there it is. I figure, since I don't plan on staying this way, what's the harm in posting my measurements! LOL!

              I have already pretty much did my exercise for the week as of today and tomorrow supposed to be a rest day but I may do another day because I am off and I dont want to be tempted to eat junk because I am home all day alone.

              Tuesday: went to the gym---15 min on the exercise bike
              15 min on the treadmill
              Wednesday: went to the gym---same as yesterday

              Today: went to the gym
              JuJu 420/375/300-mini goal

              mini goal achieved and passed! 100+lbs gone!
              New stats:
              420/267/190-mini goal

              D-day diagnosis: Type II Diabetes- March '09
              Type 2: GONE!!!!

              Atkins Baby boy: Hamza 1/27/2008!

                walked 2.5 miles today - about 45 minutes or so.

                  45 min cardio (12 laps in pool, 15 min walk at 3.5 mph, 20 min stationary bike); lower body weight training.
                  Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
                  218/187/140
                  Measuring every 2 weeks
                  As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



                  Minimum 45 min cardio per day

                    1 hour severe housework! I was more pooped than my walk last night!

                    I mean, I cleaned windows, scubbed floors, washed places that hadn't seen a cloth in a long time, re-organized Lucas's toys, went through his clothes for the thrift shop, washed/ironed clothes, you name it, I did it!! And all while keeping a 2 year old in check!

                    We have a house showing tomorrow morning, let's hope it stays clean!

                      I am the laziest man.... Hopefully the embarrassment of having to admit to this will get me off my A*S tomorrow morning! All right, here goes:

                      Sunday - Rest
                      Monday - Rest
                      Tuesday - Rest
                      Wednesday - Slug!
                      Thursday - Slug!

                      Technically I did go to the gym and lift weights for 45 minuntes. But that's easy for me. I don't count that. I joined the challenge to make myself do my cardio, so call it a slug. Here's the measurements:

                      Under arms - 42 1/2"
                      Fullest part of bust ??? I don't really see how this is different
                      from the first one, but I'm not a girl so.... 42 1/2"
                      Ribcage - 38"
                      Waist 33 1/2"
                      Hips 36"
                      R Arm 13" .....this is very sad
                      L Arm 13" ....again I think I may cry.
                      R Thigh 20 1/2"
                      L Thigh 20 1/2"
                      Weight 161

                      That's it, I'm getting my butt on the bike tomorow, because I don't want to have to document what a lazy bum I am ever again.
