    Treadmill - Walked 55 min at 2.5 mph with additional 25 min warm up and cool down

        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

            Walked 30 mins. It's pouring here today, it's all I could handle. I think I'll haul out WATP later.......after a nap.

              Went to the gym and did my 15 min on the treadmill and bike. Plus as a bonus, joined the last 20 minutes of a Curves-like class. It was great! I think I will make it part of my routine once a week.

                I won't get my 5 days in my Doc has grounded me cause of my eye I am not allowed to lift anything run walk anything I basically sit and wait how crappy is that. I don't want a slug so I have to take a sick day again GRRRRR. I am gunna listen to my doc cause I don't want to damage my eye and cause blindness so I'm sitting on my ARS!!

                  I'm taking my final rest day for the week. That means I absolutely HAVE to exercise tmw if I don't want an icky ol' slug...

                        1 hour on stationary bike, 12 laps of breaststroke in pool.
                        Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
                        218/187/140
                        Measuring every 2 weeks
                        As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!

                          30 minutes of weight training: 100 squats, 60 leg press, 80 hip adduction, 60 upper thigh. Finally starting to move up in weights! Woohoo!

                              nothing for me again. . even if i worked late i should of found at the least 15 minutes
