Treadmill - Walked 55 min at 2.5 mph with additional 25 min warm up and cool down

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I won't get my 5 days in my Doc has grounded me cause of my eye I am not allowed to lift anything run walk anything I basically sit and wait how crappy is that. I don't want a slug so I have to take a sick day again GRRRRR. I am gunna listen to my doc cause I don't want to damage my eye and cause blindness so I'm sitting on my ARS!!sigpic

1 hour on stationary bike, 12 laps of breaststroke in pool.Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05

30 minutes of weight training: 100 squats, 60 leg press, 80 hip adduction, 60 upper thigh. Finally starting to move up in weights! Woohoo!
