I always hated it when people would do this to me when I was doing the charts - so please forgive me!
4th- Check - Ran 3 miles & did 20 minutes of yoga/pilates
5th- Check - 1.5 hours belly dancing class
6th- Check - 1 hour swimming
7th- Check - 30 minutes upper body strength training & 35 minutes aerobics
8th- Check - 30 minutes lower body strength training & 35 minutes aerobics
9th- - Will be doing some MAJOR boo-tay shaking tonight - I'll be on the dance floor for at least 3 1/2 hours. You know how it goes - if you leave as pretty as you showed up you didn't have a good enough time
10th - Day off.
