Re: 6WEC #19, Week 2, Day 1, Sun. July 10th
Hey!
It's me! JordanII incognito!
And now for the rest of the story....being totally inept when it comes to computers, I could not log on as JordanII no matter how hard Tom tried to help. So I have re-registered as "Virgil", the village which will be our new home once we sell this house.
Given that the new challenge has run a week already, I will have to do a bit of catchup....sorry Skyye
Running:
Sun - July 3 - 5.5 K
Mon - July 4 - Rest Day
Tue - July 5 - Rest Day (Hip extra cranky so gave it another Rest Day).
Wed - July 6 - 9.5K
Thur - July 7 - 9.5 K
Fri - July 8 - Rest Day
Sat - July 9 - 9.5K
Sun - July 10 - 9.5K
Ta, till tomorrow.(Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

Sunday was 2 hours of extream horse riding. Yes it does not seem like excersize but it is. you push yourself up and down on your saddle good work for the legs.I was so tiered when i got off i had trouble walking straight.Life is a horse.. When it throws you down you have to hop right back on.
