            45 min walk.

            Just a note~tomorrow I'm leaving for 3 days to go camping. Well...in a cabin, but that's camping to me. Anyway, I probably won't be checking in until Friday morning. If I'm not too tired I'll check in Thurs night. I'm going to have lots and lots of exercise to report!

              55 minutes of walking, 20 min on stationary bike, 12 laps in pool, upper body weight training.
              Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
              218/187/140
              Measuring every 2 weeks
              As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



              Minimum 45 min cardio per day

                Ran 5 kms walked .5 kms went for 60 minutes it was kinda a crappy run but, I was standing on pavement all day and my legs are drained.

                        rest day. too sunburned to go outside and I was working in the evening. So no chance to exercise short of doing jumping jacks in my house. ;-P
