1.5 hours of tennis - moderate effort. I was really tired so I couldn't run around like a crazy person like i did last time. ;-) Lots of fun though!

This probably isn't the best way to do it but I figure it would be the easiest without Skyye having to go through all the other threads.

Tues the 12th: arrived late at campground so only 1 hour walk
Weds the 13th: 5+ mile hike
Thurs the 14th: last day at campground so only about a 1 mile hike

        Today: rest day!

While we were gone we had my in-laws come over to take care of the cats and my before measurements are gone. I should've known to put them in the computer. I'll take them again today and just start from there. oh yeah...and I'll put them in the computer this time!

mjett37, I usually workout around 11:30, I eat bkfst about an hour or so before, and will grab a salad after my workout. Soon my schedule will change, and I will be working out after work, and then eat dinner after.

I walk on the treadmill in the morning before breakfast. They say you burn more fat if you do it before you eat and you rev your metabolism up for the whole day if you do it early in the morning.

Did my workout: 15 min. recumbant bike, 20 min. treadmill and 30 min. BE FIT class. Forgot to check in yesterday: did 15 min. bike and 15 min treadmill. I can't believe that for the past two weeks I haven't skipped a day exercising in my challenge! I have done my 3 days a week like I promised myself wth no grumbling!

                            Yay me!
