    5 minutes warm up on stationary bike

    35 minutes of upper body weights.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Thanks for the reply I was just wondering because when I do pilates after eating I get nauseted and have to stop, maybe I should work out before eating.
