    Hey!

    Well it's been quite the week end. I missed my Saturday run/jog - we had company and I don't have the energy to run and still get everything done. Sunday we worked at our new house. Today I got out and it was again just brutal....84F with 79% humidity! On the way back I ran out of steam - had to: jog back, walk the last hill, and cut the run short.....only 7.5K and still it took an hour.

    To re-cap:

    Fri - Rest Day
    Sat - Slug!
    Sun - Rest Day
    Mon - Ran/jogged/walked 7.5K.

    Ta, till Wednesday. Tomorrow is a Rest Day.
    (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
    Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

          15 min. on treadmill this morning. Well be going to physical therapy at 5 pm for upper body work.
          100% Female - All Girl, all the time.

              60 minutes on treadmill

              25 crunches

              weight training this evening -- will do 45 minutes
              45 ~ F

                    Had a rest day yesterday, so I went full blast today!!!

                    30 minutes on the treadmill

                    20 minutes on the recumbent bike

                    20 minutes circuit/weight training

                    15 minutes on the exercise ball

                      Hi, gang!

                      Tday, did an upped routine at the gym. Walked 20 minutes and raised my level of speed. I did 20 minutes on the recumbant bike and i don't know how I did that! Probably because I was watching Oprah show on her stint on "Desperate Wives". LOL!

                              Pulled muscle in my calf, so I guess that's a sick/rest day.

                              I'll try to do things that don't involve my legs, situps i guess, maybe some weight lifting. Can probably also swim a bit, if I'm careful. Have to figure that one out. ;-P
