            Hey!

Go up at 5:45 am and did my 9.5K run……washed the outside side of all the windows in our house (49 individual window panes: of which 20-floor to ceiling are in the solarium, 2 sliding glass doors, the palladium windows above the front door and it’s “side-lights”, plus the rest) ….and vacuumed the solarium floor and furniture all before breakfast!

While waiting for the Real Estate folks to arrive I finished 3 kitchen chair covers (seats only).

Once the Real Estate folks went through at 10:00 am, I washed the inside of all of the above window panes…...wanted the house to “sparkle” for the photo shoot at 2:00 pm; our home is being featured in the “homes section” of our city’s newspaper).

Then a “dead run” (by car) to the grocery store to pick up stuff for dinner. Finally, its only 5:00 pm and I am already knackered! But, as they say, “suck it up and press on”. Get dinner on the table, clean up afterwards, and if I can keep my eyes open, continue working on the kitchen chair covers. If not, try and stay awake while watching the DVD the DH brought home from the library.

And so another day hits the dust.

            Ta, till tomorrow.
            (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
