    I couldnt see one for Tuesday, but I might be going stupid!

    Any.

    tonight.

    5 minute warm up on stationary bike.
    Ran 10 minutes
    and had a brand new set of weight excercises set for me by my personal trainer. They are going to hurr

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

    I've got a bit of catching up to do...

    Fri: Swimming while over at MILs visiting hubby's aunt in town from houston
    Sat: Sick day... something over at MILs the day before set off my allergies big time... was so stuffed up and busy sneezing I could hardly breathe (let alone breathe while exercising)
    Sun: Rest day... tho technically a Headache day but Sundays are normally rest days anyways
    Mon: Headache day... still couldnt quite get rid of Snday's headache
    Today: Headache finally gone been catching up on laundry and dishes that didnt get done while I was stuck in bed... planning to pull out the ol WATP vid later this evening

      35 minutes on the treadmill

      20 minutes on the recumbent bike

      15 minutes on the exercise ball

            25 min. rollerblading

            20 min. walking

            Later will do: upper body weights, sit ups, and stretches

              45 min cardio (15 stationary bike, 20 treadmill, 10 min laps in pool) plus upper body weight training and abs.
              Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
              218/187/140
              Measuring every 2 weeks
              As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



              Minimum 45 min cardio per day

                        20 min. on treadmill, 10 min. on stairclimber.

                        Light upper body work.

                        Yoga DVD, stretch DVD.
                        100% Female - All Girl, all the time.
