      45 min cardio and lower body weight training, plus abs!
      Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
      218/187/140
      Measuring every 2 weeks
      As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!

        60 minute walk

        30 minutes exercise ball

          Lots of cleaning house today. I was so worn out that I actually fell asleep on the couch while trying to watch the local news. LOL

                  40 minutes on treadmill (2.44 miles) 10 minutes of it was running.

                  5 min. on stair climber.

                  Lower body workout.

                  Upper body workout.
                  100% Female - All Girl, all the time.

                  CW - 122 - Size 4
                  GW - 118

                  RUNG 8 - I like it here just fine....

                          2 hours unpacking & putting together furniture!

                          (Our house is off the market, I can finally have my stuff out of storage! Plus, Lucas is in a "big boy" bed as of today. I took apart his crib, washed it down & put together his new bed......& cried for an hour!)
