Turn your midlife crisis to your own advantage by making it a time for renewal of your body and mind, rather than stand by helplessly and watch them decline.~~Jane E. Brody
Tuesday 7/26: very short walk, situps
Wednesday: 15 min yoga
Thursday: rest
Friday: danced 4 hours
Saturday: walked around touristing for 3.5 hours
Sunday: hurt again
I think I might need to bow out of the rest of the exercise challenge though - after dancing on friday I was limping terribly. Walking saturday didn't help anything either. I'm pretty sure it's not a pulled muscle but something wrong with my tendon. It doesn't ache the way a muscle would, it just hurts when I use my knee too much but then when I stay quiet a while it doesn't make me limp anymore. I'm going to ask the doctor if I can swim, and if I can't swim then I'm not sure what to do. Situps every day? ;-P
