      Ran 45 minutes walked 15 for a total of 1 hour and a little over 4 miles.

                  Sick day...I feel lousy and I have a fever. I also have pink eye...and my left pointy finger is in a splint. I'm falling apart I tell ya! I'll get some exercise in today though...even if it's something simple.
