    Walked 2 miles in 45 minutes with DH

    MF-55yo, Ht.5'4"






    Member of CC "Fat Blaster" Challenge(lose to 210 lbs. by Christmas)
    Member of President's Fitness Challenge-71% on the way to my goal of Silver Medal

    Jogged 2.6 miles in 31 minutes did my weight 1 set of each muscle group heavy, 50 ball sit ups and 20 ball, back extensions.

      20 minutes on the recumbent bike

      20 minutes weights/circuit training

            It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




            I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
