    Wow, I'm starting the thread for once. ;-)

    2 miles brisk walk

    An addendum: i got out my hand weights and did biceps, triceps, and shoulders!

    Walked 2 miles with my son this time
    Curves circuit training for about 35 minutes - boy I love this Curves

      5 miles 4.53 mile run and a .47 mile walk total 5 miles.
