    Hey! Hey! Hey!

    Well! Fessing up to my sloth publicly got my buttski out of bed this am at 6:30 and on the road by 7:00. Ran 9.5K in the cool of the morning......it was lovely!

    Ta, till tomorrow.

        I am going to do strength training and my exercise bike tonight - saying it now means I HAVE to do this. Am gonna get my butt back in gear as I'm in a play 11 weeks from now and have a lot of inches and pounds to get rid of by then....

                Took it pretty easy today, 60 sit ups, 50 leg lifts, and dogs. Gotta love those dogs, NOT!
