    Hope that it is ok that I started this. If something needs to be changed feel free to do so.

    Did my WATP 3 mile tape with 2 pound weights. Also am about to go and sweep and mop about 1100 sq. feet. I love Sundays!

    Day off for me today..

    You may want to change that "Mon" in your title to "Sun"...cause today is still Sunday, 14th of August and I'm not ready for Monday yet..lol.

      Walked 2.2 miles at mall - good to have cool place to walk with temps in high 90s with heat index of 105

        Today is a rest day for me, although I can hardly call it a rest chasing after my two grandkids today. Tomorrow it's back to Curves...

                One mile walk in the HEAT with my DH & DP. I used a heart rate monitor and that was pretty cool! I walked in my "zone" thoughtout the majority of the time.P.S. Do we post the inches in our journal or on one of these threads?

                            Finished 30 minutes using xbox "yourfitness" video, lower body strength.... Plan to treadmill later today!
