Walked 3 miles and crunches. Starting my membership at the gym. I Can't wait. I have really been feeling great. My clothes are really getting looser

3.1 miles running 5k. 25 minutes at a 3% incline the other 23 minutes running my but off between 4.7 and 5.5 MPH WHEW I'm tired
