    Walked 3 miles and crunches. Starting my membership at the gym. I Can't wait. I have really been feeling great. My clothes are really getting looser . It's been 18 days on this woe (induction).

            3.1 miles running 5k. 25 minutes at a 3% incline the other 23 minutes running my but off between 4.7 and 5.5 MPH WHEW I'm tired

                    WATP 33 mins....and I have to count shopping as exercise too! lol! Pick up, put down, pick up, put down...repeat 4 times. Load, unload, find room, make room, pick up, put down. Repeat. lol!

                          That's 5 days of exercise for me this week and I committed to 5 days. Any more days this week will be a bonus.
