              Rest Day. I actually missed exercising today - just couldn't fit it in.

                      i don't care if you count this or not. i have my three days in.
                      i loaded eight 6 x 4 foot tables on a rack, unloaded then in other areas.
                      unloaded and set up 8 large round tables.
                      my arms hurt worse than when i do the arm work and pushups.

                      i have to see if this counts in the presidential challenge anywhere.

                        65 minutes of cardio on the xbox fitness game, Woo I am beat!! I ate a little more then usual today so I am hoping the extra exercise will make up for it. Oh and 15 minutes of chasing my darn dog around when he got out of the yard!!
