Boy did I miss you guys! Finally, all house guests are gone....not that I did not love having them, it was wonderful. And we are back from visiting friends up North, so now I can catch-up on my exercise activities:
Monday 22 - Ran 4K - had a bit of a problem with feeling breathless....probably my body was still trying to bring my red blood cell level back up to normal so I walked 1K, after which I felt O.K. again, so ran the rest of the way back for 4.5K = Total 9.5K
Tuesday 23 - Ran 9.5K - feeling much better.
Wednesday 24 - Ran 9.5K - ran early in the morning, nice and cool and quite a pleasant run.
Thursday - 25 - Rest Day.
