                  Hey!

                  Ran 9K. Halfway through I stopped and took my pulse and it was outside of my 80% range so I walked in place until it was at 80%. Finished the run feeling great.

                  Till Tomorrow.

                  Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
