    Hey!

    Rest Day for me. Real Estate showing tomorrow so house cleaning was the order for the day. Then a delightful surprise....a friend from Singapore was in town so we had him up for super. Tomorrow hope to get a run in and then finish cleaning for the showing in PM.

    Ta, till tomorrow.

                    Ran around the city and country all day yesterday Not a rest day but, there is no way I could have exercised so I guess a rest day LOL.

                          Walked 40 minutes in the rain!

                          Camp was supposed to have beautiful weather and it sucked!! But, I didn't let it stop me from getting my exercise in!!
