        30 mins on the recumbant bike and an hour on wt lifting and toning.

          Okay, I thought I was going to check in today as a rest day, however after the 2 HOUR cleaning of my dad's house that is about to be sold -- I do believe I have exercised for the day!! I was definitely in my target heart range!

          Put me down for exercise today. Whew!

              Exercise for legs, my kids made me the great favor of losing the safety key of my trade mill!!!!!

                            i thought, and had intentions to, pick up the debris in the yard but that didn't happen. rest day for me.
