Will try and walk today, but will be busy with helping out the hurricane evacuees. Walked around a couple of apartment complexes looking for apartments for evacuees.

1 hour walking all over the grocery store. Then I got to tote all the groceries into the house and put em up. (Our apt is in the middle of the complex so we don't get to park right by our door)

I may also try to do my WATP vid. Not sure if I'll get to it though. Got some laundry and and a bit of cleaning up to do before we go out of town. I'll be gone until Monday evening.

Got up early this morning and went for my 9.5K Run. It was great.....nice and cool and I had loads of energy. Wish all my runs were like this.
