    I hope its ok I started this thread. I don't think anybody else started one yet.

    30 minute walk/jog for me.
    Originally Started May 29, 2003 and lost 96 pounds. Fell off the wagon and gained over 100 pounds back. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

    I totally kicked BUT this morning finished my 9 miles in 1.59.30YA,so stoked about it. I really felt like I was gunna die the last mile but, I did it. WOOHOOOO!!!

      2 miles with the dh and the kids. We will also be doing alot of walking around at the fair in blackfoot.
