            Hey!
Intended to do a 9.5K run but just plain pooped out. After getting to my half-way mark I walked back for 7 minutes and then tried a very gentle slow jog....which picked up to a nice and easy run. Despite all of the preceding I knew that a 9.5K was out of my range today.....so a 7.5 is what I did do.

There are good days and better days......today was a good day.....I was still able to do 7.5K and that's better that nothing at all.
            Ta, till tomorrow.
            (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

I'm too late for the challenge, but I'll be checking in everyday because these help keep me accountable. Sorry for hopping in. Hope no one minds! I'll be in the next challenge from beginning to end, but don't want to wait to get fit!
