    Starting over: October 14, 2006 --- Fell again on Nov 2nd...
    Initial start: June 2005
    Most weight lost: 62.5 lbs by February 2006
    Found the slippery slope: March/April 2006
    Completely fell off wagon: August 2006

      Treadmill another 30 minutes, incline 2, 1.5 miles, 395 calories.

                Only 10 minutes of Ramp It Up and only 10 minutes of a brisk walk with the crazy dog. Don't know if I should even count this or not. Pathetic!
