          Re: 6 WEC, #20, Week 4, Day 4, Wed., Sept. 7

Well it's been a long few days and I can't remember the last day that I posted so I'm gonna do it all here today! I hope it's not a problem cause I don't have much time or energy. One of my girlfriends was in town for the weekend, hadn't seen her in 3 years. My baby girls had their 4 year old birthday party Sunday. One of my daughters has a cold/cough. My other daughter had her tonsils and adenoids taken out yesterday so I'm going on about 0 sleep literally. And 2 out of the 3 are supposed to start preschool tomorrow(the third one will go after she recovers, about 2 weeks I think.) And of course I'm snack mom for thurs and next tues. We have no clean clothes due to the fact I haven't done the laundry and my house is a wreck. But all I really want to do is sleep. So to be honest I haven't done so well with eating or excercising. So here it is...!

          thurs 9/1 30 mins treadmill 80 crunches 24 pushups
          friday 9/2 same
          Sat nothing
          Sun nothing
          Mon nothing
          Tues nothing
Today gonna try and get something in; will post if successful

I guess that makes me a slug or whatever it is.
I feel guilty but not gonna let it get the best of me. Just gonna get back on track. I did start eating right again and I am guzzling water today so at least that's a positive step.

Rest day for me. I got enough of a workout just listening to the pain and agony some people are going through in the name of exercise. Just remember....the more it hurts, the better it feels when you stop.
