      i ran/walked two miles and swam one mile. I also did a lot of situps.

                          1 mile WATP and 1/2 of Start it Up. Got a call and took it as a sign that I shouldn't finish the rest of the tape. It was either that or the fact that I felt like I was gonna puke.
