    Walked 3 miles in 1 hr and 7 minutes with DH at the mall - still building towards that 5 mile goal to walk in the walk-a-thon for breast cancer on 10-8. About a month to go. I think I can make it; 2/3 of the way there.

      Catch up again... geez, this has been a nutty week...hubbie had a nice long vacation (10 days) and has just left for work, now the normal schedule can resume...
      Fri. - walked 30 mins.
      Sat. - walked 2 hrs.
      Sun. - walked 1 hr. + sit-ups, push-ups etc.

        Today I did my long run 10 miles WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

              25 minutes recumbant bike - in target heart rate zone

                        lil bit of catch up for me...

                        Fri: walking thru mall and two other stores with my mom for about 3 hours
                        Sat: walking around 3 stores with hubby and MIL checking out car seats and other various baby items
                        Sun: much needed rest day
