        Catch up post:

        Saturday: 3 hours of sweat-fest, quad killing booty shakin'. Had a GREAT time and paid for it allllllll day Sunday and yesterday. owch!

        Sunday: Spent all day walking and chasing kids at the amusement park. It's not formal exercise, but I'm counting it!

        Monday- Threw my back out. Not moving. Hurts badly.
        Tuesday- Back still out- feels worse than yesterday - downgraded from hurts badly to wishing for death. Ugggh.

                        my back hurts so no crunches and no biking.
                        doing 15 minutes of leg work and stretching
