          ill publicly apologize for not posting any stats , thats how busy my life is .. but im still on the grind 24-7 and the exercise routine doesnt even need to be posted .. seems all i do is exercise ;]

                  Another day of floor exercises for 30 min. I miss the gym!

                  We are getting ready for hurricane Ophelia so I might not be able to post for awhile. I will post as soon as I am able.
