  • 6 WEC, #20, Week 6, Day 1, Sun., Sept. 18

Rest day for me. I'm going to see the Tennessee Titans play football today and didn't have time for my walking this morning. You know on football day it is an all day affair when you tailgate. Go Titans

      Rest day for me.

[Funny aside, I opened to the last post and saw Lisa M's post. I thought she was talking me and was confused . Then I scrolled up and saw Punkin SR.'s post. I forgot I was Punkin-kid here.]

      Have a great day all!

14.1 miles on the evil treadmill got my pedometer actually working properly it's extremely accurate and my treadmill is totally off on distance but, that doesn't surprise me.
