  • Sign up for 6 Week Exercise Challenge #21 here

    We've started into the last week of 6WEC#20 so it's time to get ready for the next challenge.

    6WEC#21 begins on Sunday, September 25th and runs through Saturday, November 5th.

    Sign up!
    #1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
    #2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

    -Under arms, around chest
    -Fullest part of chest
    -Ribcage
    -Waist
    -Hips
    -Upper arm x 2
    -Thigh x 2
    -Weight

    Don't forget to check in!
    #1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#21, Week 1, Sun, Sept 25."
    #2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day, or slugged it.

    *If you do not check in for 14 days in a row you will be sent a PM on this board. If i don't hear from you within a week you will be removed from the chart.

    Win something!
    #1. The 3 who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
    #2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.

    Due to pregnancy I will not be keeping track of my measurements.

      Ok, I'm doing 6 days this time.

      Measurements and weight on Saturday September 24, 2005

      Weight: 204.5 lbs
      Around chest under arms: 39
      fullest part of chest: 42
      Ribcage: 35
      Waist: 37
      Hips: (The area I measured was below my butt so I'll keep the same spot) 43
      Bicep: R: 13.5 L: 13
      Thigh: R: 27 L: 27.5

                      Count me in. I'm gonna go for 5/7. My exercise will either be Karate, Pilates/Yoga, Belly Dancing or Walking (either outside or to WATP).

                      I'll get my measurements later.

                          This is so perfect. Today I recommitted to this WOL and I'm right on time for the exercise challenge. WOOHOO.

                          I commit to a 30 minute brisk walk 5/7 day a week.
