          sign me up!! I will exercise a minimum of 5 days a week. at least a half hour a day. Does basketball, soft ball, volleyball kinda stuff count?, or would you prefer running, sit ups, etc..


          ps..this is my first exercise challange so please forgive my stupid question

          PPS..I give EVERYONE permission to jump through my computer and kick me A$$ if I slip up!!!

              Hey Wanna!

              Been a hectic week...but I'm back and, hopefully, things will go back to normal this week. We had an adjustment period with our hours and I was tired and depressed it seems all week.

                      Put me in for this challenge. I will send my measurements soon. I plan on increasing my exercise to 5 out of 7 days.

                      -Under arms, around chest = 38
                      -Fullest part of chest =43

                                Yes, sports count.
                                You only need to take measurements at the beginning and at the end of the challenge.
