            Hey!

Yesterday was a Rest Day - Session with PT.

Today 30 minute walk with walker - at 20% weight bearing on operated leg, that makes it an upperbody work out.

            Ta, till tomorrow.
            (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

30 mins water aerobics. I may have been the youngest, but I sure as heck used those dumbells really good. And I didn't sink!
