    Rest Day for me - some way to start out an exercise challenge, huh!

    I was waiting for someone else to start this thread. I didn't want to step on any toes!

    I did 30 minutes today. Ran 1.5 miles in 18 minutes, then did 12 minutes of weights/aerobics/squats in my living room.

    My measurements are in the other thread & in my journal.

      Today, besides driving around looking for gas, since there is only a little as of now in Texas. I will walk one mile around my neighborhood.

              I will be going bowling at my grand daughters birthday party. Plus I will walk the dogs for 30 minutes today.
