                      Wyldwitch... I already have you marked for Sun.. so I'm guessing that this is supposed to go on Wed's (today)thread since the posted is dated today. In the future please post your exercise on the correct day's thread to avoid any further guessing or confusion on my part. Thanks!

                          I evacuated from Rita and it prevented me from doing any exercise for the first 4 days (Sun-Wed). I will be getting back on track today and post on the Thu thread.
