      Okay no real exercise but I did rent a machine and cleaned all my carpets it took me like 3 1/2 hours and my feet & back is killing me! does that count?

        35 minutes high impact cardio with resistance bands and an additional ten minutes of upper body strength training for today!

            40 minutes power walking and 5 min on ablounge
            *Dieting makes you look good with your clothes on...exercise make you look good with them off.*
