I managed to turn clumsy and tripped last night while heading to bed. Landed on my knees in the floor but my hip and lower back on one side is a bit sore. So its rest day for me today and possibly tomorrow too. We'll see.

Don't feel very well today - also can't get motivated, so I won't be walking, etc. today.
