    Water intake .5 -1 gallon.
    Exercise 60 minutes 5x week

          Walked 4 miles today - it took me longer than normal - 2 hours in fact but I made it through

                  arm work: 20 x 2
                  leg work: 100 x 2
                  bike/6: 45 minutes 448 calories 7.6 miles
                  plus i moved a rack of 84 metal chairs and a cart of 8 tables across the gym floor.
