back from a weeks vacation so here's some catching up...
10/01 - rest
10/02 - rest
10/03 - hour window shopping/walking around cocoa village
10/04 - rest
10/05 - 30 min walk on the beach
10/06 - hour window shopping/walking around the mall (I've become a mall walker
)
10/07 - rest
10/08 - 30 min walk on the beach
Cocoa beach during hurricane season not the best timing, but still better than a week at home

Starting over: October 14, 2006 --- Fell again on Nov 2nd...
Initial start: June 2005
Most weight lost: 62.5 lbs by February 2006
Found the slippery slope: March/April 2006
Completely fell off wagon: August 2006

...it's NEVER too late to live happily ever after...or start again
