    Playing catch up again. Sorry about that...I haven't been able to get on as much. Thurs, Fri, and todays exercises 60 min cardio and 60 mins strength training at the gym.

        back from a weeks vacation so here's some catching up...

        10/01 - rest
        10/02 - rest
        10/03 - hour window shopping/walking around cocoa village
        10/04 - rest
        10/05 - 30 min walk on the beach
        10/06 - hour window shopping/walking around the mall (I've become a mall walker )
        10/07 - rest
        10/08 - 30 min walk on the beach

        Cocoa beach during hurricane season not the best timing, but still better than a week at home

                  4 miles on the treadmill at incline of 11 in 68 minutes, 1030 calories burnt.
