    Ran for 1 hour went great feel really tired though.

      Well.. my hip and leg are bothering me today. From reading in my pregnancy book to doc gave me it must be sciatica. Bleh. I'm claiming a "sick" day today and hope it goes away so I can get back to walking tmw.

        We've been having cruddy weather and I'm dying to go for a nice walk outside...oh well...30 mins. cardio + strength training...

          Sorry to hear you're hurting Skye! I got my 45 minutes of exercise in. Would of been and hour, but my back gave out. It was aerobics and toning.

                    today was the same old tuesday day as always.
                    i had to move those tables and chairs and get my set up done for tomorrow night.
                    took me an hour to get it done.

                    i will say this, the chair cart is getting just a wee bit easier to move.

                    i will do some leg work tonight too.
                    no biking.
