        Slugged out last week. I did have another day in there, but cant remeber which one. Today was resistance tubes for shoulders, chest, back, gluts, quads, and sit ups.

                Skyye, I'm going to have to opt out of this challenge now, as my shoulder injury has worsened unfortunately, and my doctor has me on anti-inflammatories, pain killers and muscle relaxants. I can barely walk, let alone exercise, without feeling that constant aching. So I'll have to sit the rest of this one out, and I'm disappointed, as I have gone 3 6 week challenges slug free and was looking forward to the 4th. I will return as soon as my body allows me to. Good luck to all of you, I'm with you in mind and spirit!
